Base Plate

You can machine them yourself or have us custom-machine them for you.

The standard base plate has three functions: clamping (pressurizing), unclamping (releasing), and cleaning (central air outlet and air-tightness detection). Each function should be connected with an independent air hose.

For manual control, we recommend using manual valves for the clamping and unclamping functions, and a separate control for the cleaning port.
For automated systems, all functions should be controlled by solenoid valves for air on/off switching, as shown in the diagram below.

It depends on the size of the machine table and the type or size of the workpieces required for the process.
